Sunmi to take strong legal actions against slanderous comments

SEOUL, Oct. 14 (Yonhap) -- Singer Sunmi’s agency, ABYSS Company has announced Thursday to take legal action against slanderous comments and posts.

“Recently, we have confirmed the presence of a number of malicious posts with insults. Throwing insults and hate comments to artists behind the anonymity on the Internet is clearly a crime,” said ABYSS Company.

The agency has asked for the fans’ informs as they are planning to take strong legal actions against acts infringing the artist’s image without providing any favorable measures.

Earlier, Sunmi revealed a hate post targeting her through her social media page and her suffering over it on the 11th.
