‘Zandari Festa’ showcase festival to open in October

SEOUL, Aug. 14 (Yonhap) -- The “Zandari Festa” showcase music festival will take place across the Hongdae area in Seoul from Oct. 17-19, organizers said Thursday.

The festival introduces domestic and overseas artists from various genres to audiences, while giving performers an opportunity to connect with global music industry officials.

This year’s event, themed on “diversity,” will feature 20 South Korean acts, including singer-songwriter Lee Seung-yoon, indie band Broccoli, You Too?, and jazz-funk band Cadejo. 

Ten overseas teams, including Thai band H3F and Hong Kong band GDJYB, will also join the lineup.

Organizers said additional performers will be announced later.
