SEOUL, November 14 (Yonhap) -- Seo Ji-hye, Lee Sung-jae, Hong Soo-hyun, Lee Sang-woo, and more are cast for the TV Chosun new weekend miniseries "Red Balloon," announced TV Chosun on November 14.
