LOS ANGELES,
May 4 (Yonhap) -- Marvel Studios, a subsidiary of Walt Disney Studios and the
powerhouse of producing popular hero films, including the "Avengers"
series, announced the screening schedule of 10 new films to be released from
the second half of this year to the first half of 2023 through a three-minute
teaser video.
According
to the report, ▲ "Black Widow" (July 9), ▲ "Shang-Chi and the
Legend of the Ten Rings" (September 3), ▲ "The Eternals" (November
5) and ▲ "Spider-Man: No Way Home" (December 17) will be released one
after the other.
Next year,
four films will be released, including ▲ Dr. Strange in the Multiverse of
Madness (March 25), ▲ "Thor: Love and Thunder" (May 6), ▲ "Black
Panther: Wakanda Forever" (July 8) ▲ "The Marvels" (November
11).
In 2023, ▲
"Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania" (February 17) and ▲
"Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3" (May 5) will be released.
In this
teaser video, a scene featuring Korean actor Ma Dong-seok, who was cast in
"The Eternals," was released together, drawing attention.
"The Eternals"
is directed by Chloe Zhao, who won this year's Academy Award for Best Picture and
Director, and Ma Dong-seok is set to appear with Hollywood stars such as
Angelina Jolie, Salma Hayek, Gemma Chan and Richard Madden.
"The Eternals,"
tells the story of a race of immortal beings with supernatural powers and actor
Ma Dong-seok plays the hero "Gilgamesh."
