SEOUL, May 16 (Yonhap) -- Shinhan Life announced to extend its contract with virtual influencer Rozy for a year, on Monday.
Rozy is a virtual social media influencer created by Sidus Studio X, collecting facial shapes preferred by Generation MZ (born in the early 1980s to early 2000s).
Rozy first gained attention after appearing in Shinhan Life's launch advertisement, in July last year.
Since then, the virtual influencer participated in Shinhan Life’s music video “Fly So Higher” and an interview clip that introduces the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) policy.
Shinhan Life plans to release the teaser of the second music video “Ask Me,” which stars Rozy, and the full clip by the end of this month.
Song Jeong-ho, head of the brand team in Shinhan Life said, “Rozy is the Generation MZ icon of Shinhan Life,” adding, “Rozy’s potential and value as the face of the company are endless.”
