SEOUL, July 14 (Yonhap) -- ENA Wendesday-Thursday drama “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” ranked No.1 in most watched drama in Neflix’s non-English Drama category.
“Extraordinary Attorney Woo” has accumulated a total viewing time of 23.95 million hours until second week of July (July 4 to July 10), topping Netflix’s non-English Drama category, according to ‘Netflix Top 10’, an official website that reveals Neflix’s viewing time, on Thursday.
First aired in June 29, “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” did not make it to the top 10 on the first week of release but immediately ranked No.1 after episodes 3 and 4.
“Extraordinary Attorney Woo” revolves around a rookie lawyer named Woo Young-woo, who has an autism spectrum disorder, solving various cases in her own unique style after joining law firm.
Four Korean dramas including “Extraordinary Attorney Woo” made the chart of most-watched non-English Drama, “Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area”(15.63 million hours), “Alchemy of Souls” (12.31 million hours), and “Ghost Doctor” (7.65 million hours).
Gaining popularity with its placid plot centered on good character, "Extraordinary Attorney Woo" is also breaking its own highest ratings in Korea.
