SEOUL, Feb. 9 (Yonhap) -- Taeyang, Crush, and Christopher are among those who will appear at the 15th Seoul Jazz Festival that will soon be held in May, the performance agency Private Curve announced Thursday.
Organizers announced the second lineup of the Festival including a total of 25 Korean and overseas singers: Korean singers who will be appearing during the 2-day festival include Taeyang, Crush, Epik High, AKMU, and Jung Seung-hwan.
An array of overseas acts will also be performing, including Christopher – a Danish singer who made himself known in Korea with his song “BAD” –, the Spanish Harlem Orchestra which won three Grammy Awards, American singer BoywithWook who will be visiting Korea for the first time, and pianist Joey Alexander who is dubbed as the “jazz prodigy.”
In addition to these multi-faceted artists, the Cho Yoon-seung Trio will be doing a joint performance with violinist Danny Koo, and the Yoon Seok-cheol Trio will be staging in collaboration with pianist Oh Eun-chul.
“About 60 hit Korean and overseas artists will appear at the Seoul Jazz Festival, which marks its 15th anniversary this year,” announced the organizers.
The 15th Jazz Festival will be held around Seoul Olympic Park from May 26 to 28.
