fromis_9 holds first fan meeting next month… to perform offline for three days

SEOUL, Mar. 29 (Yonhap) -- K-pop group fromis_9 will hold the first official fan meeting since their debut and meet fans next month.

The group will open an event “fromis day” for three days from April 22 to 24, at Blue Square Mastercard Hall, Yongsan District, Seoul, according to Pledis Entertainment, Tuesday.

This is the first official fan meeting of the group since its debut in 2018.

The event will be held offline for three days, and fromis_9 members will present various stages, including hit songs, in front of fans.

An official from the agency explained, "The name of the event, ‘fromis day,’ will be a meaningful performance for everyone, meaning the day promised by fromis_9 and Flover to meet."

Group fromis_9 debuted as a nine-member girl group formed through Mnet's Idol School, which aired in 2017.

The girl group moved to Pledis Entertainment, an affiliated label of HYBE, last year, and worked with the mini-album "Midnight Guest" earlier this year.
