SEOUL, Feb. 3 (Yonhap) - The New Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra will hold a concert titled "Tchaikovsky with Cho Eun-hye" with conductor Cho Eun-hye at Youngsan Art Hall in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul on the 24th.
