SEOUL, May 27 (Yonhap) – S. Korean trot singer Song Ga-in will invite families that were separated by Korean War to her upcoming solo concert, which will be held at Jamsil Students’ Gymnasium in Seoul from May 28 to 29, according to the agency PocketDol Studio on Friday.
Song has invited the separated families to her concert on May 29. The families will enjoy the concert and have a meeting with Song Ga-in.
Earlier, the singer has released the title song “Rainy Mt. Geumgang” of the third full album “THE SONG OF LOVE” last month and expressed the pain of the families divided by war in North and South Korea as well as the displaced people.
Song said, “I think it will be a more meaningful concert as I invited the separated families,” adding, “I hope I could give comforts and deliver hopeful messages with the song ‘Rainy Mt. Geumgang.’”
