SEOUL, Jan. 9 (Yonhap) -- Lt. Gen. Scott A. Winter of Australia took office as the new deputy commander of the U.S.-led United Nations Command (UNC) on Friday.
Winter was inaugurated, replacing Lt. Gen. Derek Macaulay, in the ceremony at Camp Humphreys in Pyeongtaek, some 60 kilometers south of Seoul.
