Police refer public servant to prosecutors for allegedly filming sexual act without consent

DAEGU, Dec. 12 (Yonhap) -- A public servant in the southeastern county of Uiseong was referred to prosecutors Tuesday for allegedly filming without consent a woman having sex with him.

The man was accused of secretly taking videos of them having sex on multiple occasions.

The police launched an investigation into the case after receiving a report in September that the man had illegally filmed sex videos in his phone.

The Uiseong county government has recently relieved him of duties.
