SEOUL, Dec. 24 (Yonhap) -- The animation "Metamodernity" directed by Eric Oh has been invited to the competition category of Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival in France, known as "the Cannes in the short film industry," announced its agency BANA on Friday.
A short film in the form of a road movie, it revolves around the journey of a soul waking up in its consciousness and finding itself.
Debuted at the Jeonju International Film Festival in May, it has been also been invited to Animatou International Animation Film Festival in Geneva, Switzerland.
Known as one of the world's top three international short film festivals, the Clermont-Ferran Film Festival is held in Clermont-Ferran, France annually since 1979.
