SEOUL, Oct. 29 (Yonhap) -- Actors Kim Da-mi and Jo Bo-ah will transform into killers.
TVING said Thursday that it will release its original series "Gracefully Killing You," starring Kim and Jo, next year.
"Gracefully Killing You" is a noir action drama about Go Dal-bun, played by Kim, who leads an ordinary life until she gets a job at a suspicious organization after her divorce in order to bring her daughter back.
Kim plays Go Dal-bun, who dreams of being a devoted wife and mother before becoming active under the codename "Miss Go." Jo plays Miss Lee, the team's leader, while Jo A-ram plays Miss Gye, the team's mood maker.
Kim Jae-wook will make a special appearance as "Chief Cha," a taciturn man whose true intentions are difficult to read, while Nam Yoon-su will appear as rookie detective Jung Jung-won.
The role of Miss Lee was originally slated to be played by Lee Chung-ah, but Jo took over the role after Lee withdrew from the project due to a back injury.
The series is directed by Lee Jung-heum, who directed "Inspector Koo," and written by Joo Hwa-mi, writer of "The Atypical Family." Kang Eun-kyung, writer of "Gyeongseong Creature," will participate as creator.
